In our classes, we work on strength, mobility, flexibility, joint articulation, coordination and sensitivity in order to gain/maintain physical freedom to do the things we love day to day. Beyond these specific’s, we explore how to move better as a whole and to share this practices in an interactive community setting. We do this by practicing evolving movement patterns, creating interactive movement situations and drawing from patterns in nature that have shaped us as “Humans-Being”. We believe movement practice should be challenging, diverse and a whole lot of Fun! Classes are for all levels and ages. We welcome you
